Wonderful Hotel Experience
customer service friendly staff
The staff provided perfect customer service from check-in to check-out. Reception staff remembered my name and were always friendly. I found the location perfect, very close to Hyde Park. I was impressed by every encounter I had with all employees.
The hotel did not have a bar.

The hotel restaurant offered fabulous food with fantastic service. Advice on wine pairing proved invaluable. The crème caramel with Sauternes was divine and a very nice experience.

The location is superb, offering convenient access to key attractions. Hyde Park is right on the doorstep, providing easy access for a morning jog. The hotel is close to cafes, restaurants and shopping.

attentive staff well-stocked minibar spacious room paid upgrade unmade bed initial disappointment
The staff was exemplary! Arjun, beginning with the welcome. Our standard room was spacious. It featured a huge shower and a well-stocked mini bar with Taittinger champagne.
I had to pay for an upgraded room. This was a disappointment, I must say. I called beforehand to check the status. The bed wasn't.

central location well-stocked mini bar healthy menu bad view uncontrollable radiator shower leakage
The location was very central. The room had a well-stocked mini bar. It included champagne and various beverages. Breakfast offered many healthy menu options, I found it quite excellent.
I had a room with a bad VIEW. The radiator in the bathroom was on HIGH, and I could not adjust it. Water leaked from the shower. This happened in every room i've stayed in.
